  Acupuncture is the insertion of fine, sterile, single use needles into points along a system of meridians which circulate our life force or Qi (pronounced Chee) throughout the body. Each needle is inserted into a chosen point based on a person’s specific imbalance. The stimulation of these points is to unblock stuck or stagnated energy flow helping to correct the imbalance causing pain or illness.
