Your first acupuncture treatment will include a detailed health history. A diagnosis will be based on history and current symptoms. Acupuncture needles will be used on specific points along the meridians.
Cupping is used by many athletes for stiff muscles it is known in Eastern medicine to bring Qi (Chee) or blood flow to sore ,stiff , or injured muscles
